Today I spent a good portion of my day cleaning. I wish I would get on these kicks more often! I love the satisfaction of knowing I can walk on my kitchen floor and not have to worry about stepping on some nasty mystery item. One item that I usually have trouble cleaning are the burner bowl things on my stove. I have discovered a wonderful cleaning material for just that kind of problem. It's called Greased Lightning.I just filled a sink with water and dumped some of this stuff in. I then let my bowls soak for about half an hour and all of the gunk came right off! There was one stubborn spot, but it came off with a little scrubbing with some baking soda.

And yes, Lessley...I did dust. (The Target $1 duster works pretty well.)

I got your comment and I'm going to put the book you suggested on my book list! Eli got waitlisted at Vermont so we could know if he gets accepted anytime until the first day of classes. So he is going to decide between BYU and Denver for Public Health and then hope that Vermont works out. So we're preparing for a masters program and medical school since we don't know what will happen! Any plans for you guys yet?

Danielle! I found your blog through your Facebook page and added it to my list of blogging friends. Hope you don't mind. =) I'm new to this whole blogging thing, but so far I'm loving it! I hope you are doing so good!

Just FYI: I dusted yesterday. You just seem to sho up, and touch my dust, on the times I don't dust for awhile. I still need to go get that duster from Target though.
