Although I do have more interesting things to post about, I have kind of a one track mind right now. I'm trying to buy books for my classroom library and am having a hard time. I've been looking on EBay but I am always outbid (I guess I'm not aggressive enough!). I was wondering where any of you moms and dads or teachers buy affordable books for your kids/classrooms. I still need to go to Deseret Industries, but I'm open to suggestions!

How is your classroom coming along? What grade are you teaching again? I lucked out last year and got a TON of books from my mom's classroom that she didn't use anymore. I also bought a lot from DI. Another great place to look is on craigslist.com Sometimes people get rid of boxes of children's books. I still don't have a job for this year. Do you have any connections for me here in Boise?? :-) Good luck!

I got a bunch of books from a library sale in California but other than that and DI I might suggest garage sales. How is the classroom coming? Mine is in the process of becoming put together but I don't really see and end in sight:)

I would just keep looking on ebay or half.com, but I have never had much luck buying used books so most of mine ended up being new. How is everything?
